Nathan Chandola has always been an aspiring guitarist/musician. He is always striving to improve his skills with musical instruments. He also has a great passion for early-mid rock/contemporary music. He believes he still has a lot to show. He hopes to continue improving throughout all aspects of music.
Program notes
My major project of simple rock focuses on lyrics and guitar. Writing lyrics is something that I’m new to. I hope to experience music with more musicians in the future as I’m eager to better my guitar and song writing skills. I still need practice with recording and instrumentation. I’m rather proud of the recording quality. As basic as my music is, I believe it has the potential to grow into a better song. “Phone Walking” is a funny concept. Artists like Cliff Richard inspired me to make more out of less, but he also has an enjoyable voice. I aim to improve. I want to thank Anton Petkovski for his great help with the drumming and recording aspects on my songs. I also want to thank my peers and the University of Wollongong staff for the enjoyable support along the way.
