Brian is commonly known as a pianist that come from a music talented family in Hong Kong. He is also been developed into a guitarist and a songwriter. In real life, this thinker always show his cool and mysterious side. However, when he is on stage, the wild passion and emotional ‘split’ jump out from nowhere.
I have been interested in music my entire life. I started to learn my first instrument, piano, when I was six. I am inspired by many different types of musicians and musical techniques. However, I am more interested in what a music does to someone’s personality. My project is about my personal growth. The best way for me to make the interaction more active is through my music. I would like to express more of myself and thoughts to our wonderful music lives. Performance is a golden chance for me to prove myself that I am an open minded person, and I have an irreplaceable value among all the musicians around the world. Also, my music speaks the ‘democracy and freedom’. I would like to have this element and message in my pieces, in order to express a certain issue in the society.
