“My project is The music is to accompany the novel “The Forest of the Beast” (written by Antonin Rudkowsky).
The story “The Forest of the Beast” is an adventure novel in a low fantasy setting. When circumstances arise to threaten her people the young protagonist Akua arises to the challenge. Setting out with her childhood friend Ashia the two travel together facing the dangers of their journey together. In their way they will find deadly beasts, wonderous sights and new friendships.
The idea is to have a song to represent a chapter of the book, mainly created using recorded cello and flute along with midi. For collaborators I would have to acknowledge the flute performer Hugh McLellan.”
