As a drummer since childhood, his practice is influenced by the musicians of the fusion, jazz and funk scenes. I wanted to do this because everything that I\u2019ve come to love the most about music comes from the drums\u2026 As a drummer it means a lot to me. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">The song is 10 minutes long and I\u2019ve tried to mix together a bunch of different grooves and rhythms into a bunch of different sections. I\u2019ve also used this project as a way to explore digital music making; many elements in the song are synths and digital musical instruments. I wanted to use this as an opportunity to educate myself and see just how far I can take the idea; how much can I make digital instruments sound &#8216;authentic&#8217;.
