She began playing piano at a young age and has recently shifted her focus to songwriting, predominantly centered around vocals and guitar. I have attempted to convey these concepts using textural and dynamic contrasts and exploring melodic and harmonic relationships. Delicate melodies and intimate lyrics contrast with brighter tone colours and instrumentation, evoking an overall feeling of nostalgia: looking back, losing balance, and trying to find the way back to the present. With this EP I hope for the audience and myself to reflect on the intricacies of life within the infinite chaos of the big picture.
