Caysee focuses on human experience in their art, by mainly highlighting themes of the emotional and social characteristics regarding human life. I have created an installation of my bedroom to represent my concept and have also filmed music videos to provide visuals for the audio. I am emphasising the morning, evening and night within my work, to portray 24 hours in my bedroom and consequently, my mind. I have used soundscapes, as well as recording instruments throughout my EP. Resulting in a fusion of the two styles to further create the notion that each piece is a different time of the day. I have used Ableton Live for the entirety of my EP, with one track consisting of Logic Pro elements. For all tracks, I have recorded most instruments, however, a few tracks in particular have MIDI elements with different plugins to manipulate the timbre; and for my soundscape audios I utilised a H6 Zoom recorder.
